After examining all translated texts, our company's internal committee, has decided unanimously to address our request of a direct cooperation to you. It seems perhaps peculiar that we address to you, considering that there are several translation offices in our region; the reason is that none of those contacts convinced our technical advisers (your translation is precise in the grammatical form compared to the other ones and it reflects perfectly the Italian contents– the other ones were grammatically correct, but they translated the formulated meaning without following the text analytically – and since it is a technical text, this cannot be accepted - the translation must correspond perfectly to the written presentation.

La commissione interna dopo aver esaminato tutti i testi tradotti ha deciso all'unanimità di rivolgere a Voi la richiesta di una collaborazione diretta. Vi sembrerà strano che
ci rivolgiamo a Voi, quando nella nostra zona ci sono numerosi uffici di tarduzione;
la risposta è che nessuno di quelli contattati ha soddisfatto i nostri consulenti tecnici (la vostra traduzione, rispetto alle altre, è precisa nella forma grammaticale e ricalca perfettamente il contenuto in italiano----le altre erano corrette grammaticalmente ma traducevano il significato espresso senza seguire analiticamente il testo----trattandosi di testo tecnico ciò non può essere accettato----la traduzione deve seguire perfettamente il testo scritto.
